This adult Goatfish was caught by my friend Mike on the East shore of Oahu at a spot called “second bridge”. His shore casting skills are so refined at that spot he can equal what others catch using a trap. Beautiful stripes appear on the fish when it is stressed, similar to a human blushing when excited. These vibrant colors usually go unseen by the public.
